End your day with a practice to process and reset through movement, breath, and meditation. Align your body physically and mentally before your new week starts. Class includes physical movements to realign the body from the stress of the week, then moves to relaxing through breath and meditation as a way to decompress. Set yourself up to be recharged for the week ahead.
There are no refunds for classes scheduled and paid upfront. Classes are able to be rescheduled at least once with written consent and agreement by the instructor. If a cancellation is necessary, the reschedule request should be submitted to the instructor as soon as possible to be considered for reschedule.
