Private Yoga Sessions

Private classes can be scheduled in your home, my home studio, or another mutually beneficial location - including Live Virtual Classes -  for any number of students. Classes are curated to fit you, your goals, and your needs.


These classes can be scheduled as a series to help you reach a goal, or a one-time-class for a special occasion such as a wedding or an information session for a group event such as a health fair. 


Prices vary and are created in a package that will best benefit you, your schedule, your budget, and your needs. Prices depend on the length of the class, distance to location, and number of attendees.

Life Coaching

Now offering private Life Coaching sessions. These sessions can be a combination of yoga and life coaching, or stand-alone life coaching sessions. Each session can be scheduled virtually for 30-90 minute increments.

- Single sessions for Vision Board and Goal Setting are 90 minutes.

- Series of single sessions for long-term goal setting and life planning can be scheduled weekly or monthly in 30-60 minute increments for at least 6 sessions.

The Studio of Dance

The Studio School of Dance in Metairie has a variety of classes for kids and kids at heart that still love to dance. Three Tuesday's a month we hold two yoga classes, one for kids and one for adults.

Kids Yoga

This kid’s yoga class is designed for children ages 6-11. Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises that cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. To register for this class, please register the Studio of Dance website. 


Adult Yoga

This mixed level yoga class is open to any adult that wants to reap the benefits of proper stretching, relaxation through breathwork, muscle strengthening through good alignment, and stress relief through meditation. No prerequisites are required. You are flexible enough; you are young enough, you are enough. Take time for yourself with this class three times a month on Tuesdays. Register through the Studio of Dance website. 

Group Classes


Most of the group classes I teach are mixed-level Vinyasa Flow, including hot yoga, with sizes ranging from 5 - 40 students. In my mixed level classes I offer beginner to advanced modifications for all poses to make the class accessible to each student. All of my classes focus on alignment and a theme to create a safe and enjoyable environment.  My unique sequencing for my classes, from beginner to advanced classes, hot to regular, gentle to power flow, classes for athletes and those with injuries, keeps students comfortable, aligned, and returning week after week. 



I'm happy to create content designed specifically for your theme/audience/request. From health fairs and conferences, to teachers needing CECs, I am able plan a workshop that fits your needs. 


As an E-RYT 200 and YACEP I am certified to teach yoga teacher training and continuing education classes. Classes can be designed around any of the four categories that you may be interested in learning about, and credits are available for contact hours in New Orleans or noncontact hours through live online classes.
